1. Keep the health and welfare as the first criteria in breeding or selling Parson Russell Terriers.

2. Breed only to improve their dogs to the Standard of the Breed.

3. Maintain high standards in the care of their dogs.

4. Not sell stock without true representation to the purchaser, nor use misleading or untruthful statements in selling or advertising.

5. Comply with all Canadian Kennel Club and Association québécoise du Parson Russell Terrier where they apply.

6. Refuse stud services to any bitch that is not CKC (Misc. Certified) CJRTA, UKC or AKC registered.

7. Not sell dogs to any commercial wholesaler or retailer. Nor donate dogs to auction, raffles or research.

8. Help purchasers with advice and instruction for the life of the dog and pass on knowledge to novice persons interested in conformation or performance events.

9. Accept full responsibility while pursuing and awaiting alternative placement for any Parson Russell Terrier resulting from your own breeding, regardless of the reason for return.

10. Make referrals only to those breeders who are believed to adhere to the above.
